When Ministry Outpaces Maturity

You can be gifted and still immature. What happens when ministry grows faster than the person carrying it?

Season One opens by confronting what happens when gifting, visibility, and ministry activity outpace spiritual formation. Using 1 Corinthians 13:1–3, we examine how performance can quietly replace formation, why spiritual gifts are not evidence of spiritual maturity, and what happens when leaders learn how to function publicly before they have submitted to God's refining work privately.

This conversation is not an attack on gifting, excellence, or effective ministry. It is a call back to submission, maturity, obedience, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
